Label the tracks short and easy, and avoid Capital letters.

If you have tracks that are depending on a certain plug-in (e.g. a soft synth), always bounce or record this to a new track.

If you deliver PT sessions send us a hard drive, or deliver to our ftp servers. We upload Mixes for you to listen and give your feedback.

If you plan to upload the project. Always BACK UP your project. The easiest and best way to clear a session would be:

Remove every hidden and muted track that is not supposed to be in the mix. Remove every playlist not in use (if you worked with playlists). After you have done this, select unused regions and choose "clear", and then "remove". Now use the "Save Copy In" command from the File menu. Check the boxes for "all audio files", and "don't copy fade files". Don't change anything else. Choose a location and hit "save". This will create a smallest possible session copy that you can zip/rar and upload, or put directly on the hard drive/DVD discs that you send here.
